
Procurement & Logistic Administration Staff
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3, Bachelor’s Degree, any field with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 (Management or Secretary is preferable)
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Good administration skill
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Willing to be contracted for 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining, administration functions and secretarial services, including appointments and scheduling
- Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and other events with contacts and supplier
- Collecting Calendar of Events (COE) in each department and ensure no overlapping schedule
- Collecting project schedule every department
- Make Minute of Meeting and ensure all parties understand the result
Requirements:

- Diploma Degree from Secretarial / Administration major
- Having 1 – 2 years of experiences
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have certificate in Documentation Management, Project management, English Literary
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
- Detail oriented, Good administration skill
- Innitiative, smart worker, independent, able to work under pressure, able to work individually or as part of team
- Having excellent interpersonal skills
